How to avoid the continuous mesh belt furnace from getting stuck or stopping during heat treatment?

When the mesh belt gets stuck, the following points should be noted:

1. During the production of the mesh belt, both sides need to be folded or equipped with baffles to prevent materials from falling into the furnace and getting stuck in the mesh belt;

2. The pitch of mesh belt should be appropriate to ensure that mesh belt operates flexibly in high-temperature environments for a long time;

3. When installing the mesh belt, the tightness should be appropriate, the position of the mesh belt should be adjusted, and it should be observed without load for several weeks. It should not deviate significantly during operation;

4. When placing materials, attention should be paid to the balance of quantity and weight, and the stacking height should be moderate. There should be no obvious overweight, over weight, or over height phenomena;

5. Pay close attention to the operation of the equipment. If any material falls off the furnace, stop the machine immediately and remove it in a timely manner. Regularly check the locking condition of the equipment correction device. If there is any looseness, lock it in a timely manner.
