3. Wire Diameter: Depending on specific requirements, a range of wire diameters is available to accommodate varying load capacities.
4. Belt Width and Length: Customizable to meet individual application needs, the belt is available in various widths and lengths.
5. Edge Finish: The belt can be customized with options like welded edges, clinched edges, or chain edges.
6. Temperature Range: The belt operates effectively within a temperature range of -50°C to 1,200°C, making it suitable for both hot and cold applications.
7. Drive Systems: Compatible with different drive systems like end drives, center drives, and sprocket-driven systems.
There are four types of the belt:
Balanced weave conveyor belt comes in four different versions. Designed specifically for high-temperature applications, from corrugated wire chains with left and right braids to rod-shaped reinforced tape structures. RISEN's belt offers the following four types of belt configurations:
1.Single Balanced Spiral Weave Conveyor BeltsThis type belt consists of alternating left and right hand coils with each coil interconnecting with the next by means of a crimped cross wire.
2.Double Balanced Spiral Weave Conveyor Belts
Double Balanced Spiral Weave Belts is similar to a standard balanced spiral, but uses coil pairs, each processing mesh with each other, and then connects the length of the opposite hand coils that mesh with each other in a repeated pattern through curled intersecting lines. This style allows for closer pitch coils across the width of small product handling.
3.Single Balanced Spiral Weave Conveyor Belts with cross rod and chain
The structure of this belt is similar to a "single balanced spiral" also called "standard balanced spiral woven belt, but it uses a straight cross rod and a single interconnect coil to repeat the length of the left/right hand downward in the mode.
4.Double Balanced Spiral Weave Conveyor Belts with straight cross wire
The structure of this belt is similar to a "double balanced spiral woven belt", but uses straight cross lines, and each processed double mesh coil is connected to each other through straight cross lines in the repeating mode of the left/right hand coils. This component allows for closer handling of small products across the width of the pitch coil.
There are four types of edge:
1.Welded Edge
This is the most common and economical edge sorting. The coil and crimping wire welded together are not cut off at the wire end.
2.Ladder Edge
Compared to welded edges, ladder shaped edges are less common and are typically used in applications where welding is not ideal. In applications without welding equipment, it is also a choice. The belt edges are also smooth and allow for more flexibility at the belt edges. It is also more effective in high-temperature applications, as the stepped edge is not affected by operational strain during use and is therefore less prone to fracture. Generally speaking, this edge processing is only applicable to grids with relatively long crimp wire spacing.
3.Hooked Edge
It is also uncommon for hook edges to be used in less than ideal welding applications. In applications without welding equipment, it is also a choice. The belt edges are also smooth and allow for more flexibility at the belt edges. Generally speaking, this edge processing is only applicable to grids with relatively long crimp wire spacing.
4.Belt Driven by Chain Edge
As the above three different edges are completed, these grids can be driven by side chains, using cross bars located through the grid coils, and then chains passing through the grid edges. As the above grid edges are completed, these grids can be driven by side chains, using cross bars located through the grid coils, and then chains passing through the grid edges.
Two Types of the Wire:
1.Balanced woven conveyor belt with round spiral wire 2.Balanced woven conveyor belt with flat spiral wire
