They are also widely used in cleaning, drying, and roasting conveyor lines. Stainless steel mesh belts sometimes deviate and get stuck during transportation. Below we analyze the reasons for the above phenomenon.

1. Improper tightness, and the mesh belt is installed too loosely or too tightly, which will cause the mesh belt to deviate during operation.

2. When the driving wheel and the passive wheel are not parallel, or the height difference between the furnace body is large, the mesh belt will run off track when running.

3. The deviation correction devices of the driving wheel and the passive wheel are loose, causing the mesh belt to deviate.

4. The materials are not placed according to the operating regulations, causing the materials to fall into the furnace and jam the mesh belt, causing the mesh belt to run awry.

5. If the thickness, tightness, diagonal, parallelism, etc. of the mesh belt are not well controlled, it will also cause the mesh belt to deviate.

6. Select the appropriate material according to the furnace temperature and tensile strength requirements. Inappropriate materials will also cause the mesh belt to deviate.
